Day 1 Ending
It's been a successful day of workout and healthy eating. We're finishing off today with homemade from scratch tomato soup and yeast infused corn bread as opposed to regular bread. Our exercise consists of a 15 minute introductory to our basic daily workout, which will extend to 35 minutes after 10 days, and another 35 minutes after an additional 10 days. So at the end of Day 1, I am starting off with a weight of 137 Kilos or 301.4 lbs. I want to reach 200 lbs by the start of 2015. I'm just glad that my wife is doing this with me, otherwise I would not have the self discipline to make this journey alone. Our night here is coming to an end as we prepare for dinner, and then count ourselves down for bed. So thank you to all who are keeping up with me so far, a lot of support from my Dad so far and some friends on facebook and I'll be posting again tomorrow. Good night and sweet dreams.
