Day 1 Cont.
So my plans are going well so far this morning. The house is cleaned up enough to workout in, I am having another orange and a rice ball for lunch with plenty of water to keep me hydrated and its soon time to start working out when my wife makes it home from university. Most likely going to be playing some music during the workout session, as music is a big part of my day. Still putting together a playlist to workout to and getting some stuff together.
